Hypnotherapy for weight loss… that can’t be right?
Yes it is – and it’s not because you danced like a chicken for hours on end either.
The mindset change you didn’t know you needed….
Hypnotherapy is an amazing tool to support your weight loss goals. Hypnotherapy works by reprogramming the subconscious part of your mind – the part that really ‘runs the show.’ It is quick, simple and easy (although you do need to be committed and willing to put the effort in too).
As well as ‘rewiring’ your brain to work for you, hypnotherapy is also THE BEST technique to help you uncover self-limiting beliefs you may have about yourself, your body and your ability to lose weight. It is also THE BEST tool to help each part of you to work together to achieve your goals.
The programme I am launching in January is specifically for people who are addicted to sugar; who have tried and failed to lose weight in the past; who don’t know when to stop eating and anyone who emotionally and/or boredom eats. You can still eat your favourite food if you’re genuinely hungry and I will not ask you to count a singly calorie, point or syn.
There will be an option to join a group for this programme OR you can do this programme 1:1.
This is NOT for you if you are severely depressed or suffer from significant psychosis (if you’re unsure at all, please message me – I am more than happy to chat and discuss your individual situation).
It is also NOT for you if you benefit from being overweight at all or have no intention of actually losing weight.

Expect…
- Mindset shifts
- A roadmap to rewire your mind
- Nervous system regulation
- LOADS of helpful resources each week
- A live workshop and hypnotherapy session each week (recorded in case you miss it)
Managing Expectations
At the end of the 6 weeks you should feel amazing about yourself. You should be well on the way to regulating your nervous system in different ways and feel confident about your ability to lose weight.
If you hate the gym, you will not end this programme a regular gym bunny. It is about finding the right way for YOU, and that may well be different to your friends and family.
You will experience long term mindset changes – I say mindset because emotional and boredom eating are actually mindset problems, not physical problems. The need for excess sugar can also be a mindset problem…. I am sure you see where I am going with this.
